Charming Spot, Disappointing Service
The common area had a cozy vibe, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The 24-hour bodega was a lifesaver for late-night snacks. However, the room design left much to be desired, as it felt cramped. Double-check housekeeping policies for your stay!

The rooftop bar was a lovely spot to unwind, and I enjoyed some great coffee at the lobby café. My room could’ve used a bit more privacy for the bathroom area, but overall it was a fantastic experience! 😊

I had a lovely time at Arlo Soho. The hotel has a vibrant atmosphere with a chic design that makes it feel lively. The staff greeted me warmly and were helpful whenever I needed assistance. I loved the rooftop bar. it had a fantastic vibe and was perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The location is superb, making it easy to explore Soho, the West Village, and other popular spots nearby. The room had a cozy layout and a great city view, even though it was a bit snug. However, there were a few downsides. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which disrupted my sleep. I also noticed a lack of basic amenities like a coffee maker in the room, which would have been nice for my morning routine. The beds were comfortable, but storage space was limited. only a small hanging rail and no drawers meant my belongings were a bit strewn around. Housekeeping could have been more attentive—I noticed some areas that could use a deeper clean during my stay. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, yet a few improvements could make it truly special.

comfortable stay with room for improvement
The shared areas stood out as clean and inviting, making them a great place to unwind. Breakfast was exceptional, offering a variety that impressed our family with children.
The room could benefit from better soundproofing, as we heard noise from the street.
